By continuing with usage of the Site and/or clicking the accept button you agree to the terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") which set out the agreement between you and Homegrown relating to your usage of the Site and/or Services.

By agreeing to become a member of Homegrown PayMe (hereinafter referred to as PayMe), you agree inter alia to receive invitations ("Invitations") to participate in quotations for products, surveys, research programmes and/or other offerings, all of which are considered Services.

Individuals may use this Site solely pursuant to the Terms for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any other use is prohibited.

PayMe is open to individuals who are 18 years of age and older and resident in South Africa. Membership is specific to one individual and your RSA identity number will need to be provided to Homegrown.

While some Site content is available to anonymous online visitors, other content may be restricted to use by members of PayMe only. In order to become a member and remain a member, an individual must provide truthful information when registering for PayMe and may not use any aliases or other means to mask his or her true identity.

In order to access the member's area for PayMe, you will be required during registration to set up a username. A password will be sent to you via email.

In the personal information and/or preferences contained in your online profile, you may indicate the maximum number of Invitations you would like to receive on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. You may receive invitations to interact at frequencies up to the self-imposed quotas indicated by you or may receive no invitations at all.

Note: PayMe is under no obligation to offer any specific or minimum number of Invitations whatsoever.

You may not use any technological devices such as spiders, robots or other automated data mining techniques to catalogue, download, store or otherwise reproduce or distribute content available on the Site.

You are not permitted to manipulate the results of any panel, poll, survey, or prize draws on this Site or in the context of any activity engaged in, as a consequence of membership.

PayMe will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order, within the limits of any applicable law, requesting or directing PayMe to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.

Members of PayMe agree to promptly update any changes in personal and other related information on the Site; including but not limited to name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, and demographic information in the profile section after signing in with their member log-in information.

If a member does not participate for an extended time period, PayMe may elect, in their sole discretion, to terminate your membership without notice.

In general, in cases where terminations are due to inactivity, outstanding COINS (rewards) (i.e., if beyond redemption threshold levels) may be claimed for 90 days following the date of termination. After that period, the individual's ability to claim COINS will expire.

By becoming a PayMe member, you agree to receive emails made on our behalf inviting you to participate in activities that are reasonably likely to match your experiences, background and/or preferences. Participation by you is always voluntary.

From time to time, e-mail newsletters regarding relevant PayMe information, offerings or company news may be sent to you as well.

You may cancel your membership at any time without charge or obligation. You must sign-in to the Site as a member and click the "unsubscribe" link or the like.

To obtain points, or any other form of virtual currency (hereinafter referred to as "COINS"), you will need to successfully complete a quotation, survey, or the like. For the avoidance of doubt, no final purchase of a product will be necessary to obtain COINS.

The quantum of Rewards that can be earned by you for participation via any Invitation will be specified at the beginning of any quote, survey or the like (the "Offering") and the Offering may contain specific terms and conditions related thereto.

Your participation in any quotation of survey offering may be suspended, altered, or terminated, and any COINS earned may be cancelled or suspended, in case of any abuse or breach of any rules, regulations, terms and conditions, or any misrepresentation by you.

As long as you keep your account in good standing (i.e., profile information is updated and reasonable level of participation of Offering invitations is achieved, etc.) COINS will be maintained without expiration. The COINS may be cancelled if you have not been active for a certain amount of time.

All pages and content within this Site and related sites, including but not limited to, text, designs, graphics, drawings, audio, video, photographs, surveys, logos, or other materials and the selection and arrangement thereof are the intellectual property of, or are authorized for use by, PayMe and its licensors, business partners and affiliates.

Please be advised that legal action may be taken in the event that any unauthorized use of any of the aforementioned content is traced back to You.

The Site, including all content or services made available on or accessed through the Site, is provided "as is" and are used at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, PayMe, its clients, its affiliates and other third parties and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, third-party content providers and licensors make no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever relating to the content on the Site.

All information posted on the Site is subject to change without notice. This includes all aspects relating to points and/or rewards including, but not limited to details relating to redemption thresholds and cash values as well as payment terms.

General Compliance with Laws: You shall comply with all applicable laws of Republic of South Africa, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of the Site.

Arbitration: Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with commonly accepted principles of commercial arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in South Africa and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
